Love this app, but after an upgrade to OS 9, it quit working.

App started crashing on me. Will try to open (splash screen), and then crashes. Remains open in multitasking, but will not open. Love the app, please fix it! iPhone 6 iOS 9.0.1

Lovely app- until the iOS update. Keeps crashing before ever opening. The crash is stressing me out. I need the rain back!

App wont open with new iOS 9.1... Need an update to app to make it work

With the latest iOS update 9.0.1 the app stopped working. When it does work the app is great and there isnt a noticeable loop. Once its back working its a 5 star app!

Not having this app for the beta made me sad so happy to have it working again

Ive used this app for so many reasons, and love it! Its great to help soothe a cranky baby, to drown out background noise for studying, and to help me sleep when I dont have a loud fan, like in a hotel room!

...while my husband was watching football. This app was perfect to help me concentrate.

I am enjoying this app very much. Often play it when Im meditating. The design is elegantly simple, and the sound quality is excellent. One thing I hope they fix: When setting the timer, the screen goes very dark, and its hard to see the number dial to set the timer. This started happening after I upgraded to iOS 9.

I got this app because I have enjoyed using their website, especially because I can have both white noise and rain running in the background while I work. Thats what I was looking for here, especially because the description of the app specifically said it had a color noise feature. It does not. The color noise feature requires the additional purchase of another Simply Noise app, which cannot be run at the same time as Simply Rain. Go figure.

Helps me sleep every night and I am out like a light in like 10mins!

It was much harder than I would have thought to find a good rain app. Every one I tried I could detect the end/beginning of the loop of sound and my brain would fixate on that so much it would keep me from falling asleep. In simply rain they are either so well spliced that I dont notice or long enough that I fall asleep before it happens. Ive been using this app for more than a year and It is amazing how much it helps obfuscate noises in your environment. I say obfuscate because it doesnt drown them out like a loud fan, they just seem to blend into the background and be much less distracting. I guess you could crank the volume on the app to drown out noise, but I prefer a gentle rain. I set "intensity" to 75%, "volume" to 50%, "thunder" to high, and "oscillation" to slow. That gives me a gentle rolling thunderstorm like I used to sit on Grandmas porch and watch/listen to. I highly recommend this app, I cant see how you could be disappointed with it.

Great app for putting little ones too sleep. Calming yet enough noise to drown out all the other noises and people in the house.
